Basic Cleaning is best for houses that are already in good condition and are cleaned regularly, usually every week or every two weeks. It focuses on light dusting, surface wiping, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain an already clean home.

General Cleaning is recommended for houses cleaned approximately once a month or whenever normal dust, kitchen residue, bathroom buildup, and other signs of everyday use have accumulated.

Deep Cleaning is designed for houses with heavier grease, limescale, accumulated dust, neglected corners, baseboards, and detailed areas that require more focused work.

A timed house cleaning package gives you a cleaning team for a scheduled three-hour visit. You decide which rooms and tasks are most important, and the cleaners follow your priorities during the available time.

The custom house cleaning calculator is based on a defined scope of work. You select the exact rooms and areas, choose General or Deep Cleaning, add any optional services, and receive a price for those confirmed selections.

In simple terms:

• Package: you purchase the team’s cleaning time.
• Calculator: you purchase a specific selected cleaning scope.

Basic Cleaning is available through the package system but is not offered through the custom calculator. The calculator currently provides General and Deep Cleaning options.

Every fixed house cleaning package includes a scheduled three-hour visit.

The standard team size is:

• Studio / 1 Bedroom — 1 cleaner for 3 hours
• 2–3 Bedrooms — 2 cleaners for 3 hours
• 4–5 Bedrooms — 3 cleaners for 3 hours

Before or during the visit, you tell the team which rooms and tasks should be completed first. The cleaners work through those priorities until the booked time is used.

A three-hour package provides active cleaning time. It does not guarantee that every room in every house will be completed, because the result depends on the home’s condition and the tasks selected. Additional time is added only after availability and pricing are confirmed with you.

You can ask the cleaners to focus on one kitchen, selected bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, baseboards, or other areas that matter most to you. You may also request detailed tasks such as cleaning inside the oven, fridge, or kitchen cabinets.

For example, you can ask the team to spend the visit cleaning only the kitchen, including cabinet interiors and the inside of appliances. The cleaners will follow your instructions and work through the requested tasks during the available package time.

Detailed tasks usually take longer than surface cleaning, so choosing them may reduce the number of other rooms or tasks completed during the same visit.

The custom calculator is designed for customers who want a clearly defined cleaning scope instead of an open list of hourly priorities.

You select:

• bedrooms and bathrooms;
• kitchen and living areas;
• basement or additional rooms;
• General or Deep Cleaning;
• optional services such as inside-fridge, oven, cabinet, window, or wall cleaning.

The calculated price applies to the rooms, cleaning level, and optional services confirmed in the booking. The cleaning team focuses on those selected items.

Tasks or areas that were not selected are not automatically included. When the actual condition is substantially different from the information provided during booking, any necessary change to the scope, time, or price must be discussed before additional work is completed.
