Extra Cleaning by the Hour is currently available at CAD $39 per cleaner per hour, with a three-hour minimum. During hourly cleaning, you select the team size and decide which tasks should be completed first.
Inside-fridge cleaning, inside-oven cleaning, cabinet interiors, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and complete window cleaning are add-ons or separate specialty services and are not automatically covered by the recurring discount.
If your home has significant buildup before the first appointment, it may require General or Deep Cleaning before regular maintenance begins. Any change in cleaning level or price should be confirmed with you in advance.
After a long pause or several skipped visits, the next appointment may be charged at the regular one-time rate if the home no longer fits the normal recurring-maintenance scope.
Once the regular schedule and maintainable condition are restored, the recurring discount can resume.
We try to assign the same cleaner or team whenever scheduling allows. A regular team becomes familiar with your home, checklist, access instructions, and personal preferences.
However, the same cleaner cannot be guaranteed for every appointment because of illness, vacation, or scheduling changes. If a replacement is required, the confirmed property instructions and cleaning standards remain the same. The existing page also states that a dedicated team is assigned whenever possible.
Yes. There is no long-term contract, and you may skip, reschedule, pause, change, or cancel your recurring plan.
