For example, a 2–3 bedroom package is $239 for the first visit, then $191.20 weekly, $203.15 every two weeks, or $215.10 every four weeks. Add-ons and specialty services are priced separately.

Bi-Weekly Cleaning is the most balanced option for many families and working professionals who want consistent upkeep without a visit every week.
Every 4 Weeks works well for smaller households and homes that remain relatively tidy between visits.
You can change your frequency later if your household routine or cleaning needs change.
Recurring cleaning focuses on maintaining the areas used most often, including:

Your first visit is charged at the regular price. This allows the team to learn your home, confirm the checklist, understand your priorities, and establish a condition that can be maintained during future visits.
The applicable recurring discount begins from the second completed appointment. You are charged after each completed cleaning rather than paying for several months in advance.
The discount remains active while your weekly, bi-weekly, or every-four-weeks schedule is maintained.
Yes. You can update your priorities and ask the team to focus more attention on selected rooms or areas during a visit.
Extra Cleaning by the Hour is currently available at CAD $39 per cleaner per hour, with a three-hour minimum. During hourly cleaning, you select the team size and decide which tasks should be completed first.
Inside-fridge cleaning, inside-oven cleaning, cabinet interiors, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and complete window cleaning are add-ons or separate specialty services and are not automatically covered by the recurring discount.
If your home has significant buildup before the first appointment, it may require General or Deep Cleaning before regular maintenance begins. Any change in cleaning level or price should be confirmed with you in advance.
After a long pause or several skipped visits, the next appointment may be charged at the regular one-time rate if the home no longer fits the normal recurring-maintenance scope.
Once the regular schedule and maintainable condition are restored, the recurring discount can resume.
We try to assign the same cleaner or team whenever scheduling allows. A regular team becomes familiar with your home, checklist, access instructions, and personal preferences.
However, the same cleaner cannot be guaranteed for every appointment because of illness, vacation, or scheduling changes. If a replacement is required, the confirmed property instructions and cleaning standards remain the same. The existing page also states that a dedicated team is assigned whenever possible.
Yes. There is no long-term contract, and you may skip, reschedule, pause, change, or cancel your recurring plan.
Please provide more than 24 hours’ notice for scheduling changes. Replacement dates and time windows depend on team availability. Short-notice changes may be subject to the applicable cancellation or rescheduling policy.
You do not need to remain at home if safe and reliable access has been arranged. Access may be provided through a key, lockbox, smart-lock code, concierge, or another confirmed method.
