The custom cleaning calculator is based on a defined scope of work. You select the exact rooms and areas, choose General or Deep Cleaning, add optional services, and receive a price for those confirmed selections.
In simple terms:
- Timed package: you purchase the team’s cleaning time.
- Custom calculator: you purchase a specific selected cleaning scope.
Basic Cleaning is available through the timed package system but is not offered through the custom calculator.
Each fixed condo and apartment cleaning package includes a scheduled three-hour visit.
The standard team size is:

Before or during the appointment, you tell the team which rooms and tasks should be completed first. You can prioritize the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, baseboards, or detailed tasks such as cleaning inside the oven, fridge, or cabinets.
The cleaners follow your priorities until the booked time is used. Detailed tasks take longer, so selecting them may reduce the number of other areas completed during the same visit.
The package provides active cleaning time and does not guarantee that every area of every unit will be completed within three hours. Additional time is added only after availability and pricing are confirmed with you.
Yes. Professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and window cleaning can be booked separately from regular condo or apartment cleaning.
Standard cleaning includes routine vacuuming and cleaning of accessible surfaces, but it does not automatically include professional carpet extraction, furniture upholstery cleaning, or complete interior and exterior window washing.
Exterior window cleaning may depend on:
- floor level;
- safe access;
- balcony access;
- building-management rules;
