Recurring cleaning starts from CAD $85 per visit for Every 2 Weeks and CAD $65 per visit for Every Week for a Studio. Your exact price depends on the property type, number of bedrooms, full and half bathrooms, and any additional kitchens selected in the calculator. The calculator shows the price per visit, maximum reserved time, and total prepaid package before checkout.
The Every 2 Weeks Plan includes 2 scheduled visits every 28 days, while the Every Week Plan includes 4 scheduled visits every 28 days. Weekly cleaning provides more frequent maintenance and a lower starting price per visit, while Every 2 Weeks works well for homes that stay reasonably tidy between visits.
Each visit covers the property type, bedrooms, full bathrooms, half bathrooms, and standard kitchen selected in the calculator. The cleaner works through the recurring maintenance checklist within the reserved visit time, focusing on regularly used areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, accessible surfaces, and living areas.
No. Recurring cleaning is designed for homes that are already in reasonably maintained condition. It is intended to prevent everyday dust, residue, and buildup from becoming a larger cleaning project. If the home has heavy grease, significant soap or mineral buildup, excessive dust, or neglected areas, an initial one-time cleaning or Deep Cleaning may be recommended first.
The selected package is paid in one payment before the scheduled visits. The Every 2 Weeks Plan covers 2 visits / 28 days, and the Every Week Plan covers 4 visits / 28 days. The package does not renew automatically, so you remain in control of whether you purchase another cleaning cycle.
The time displayed by the calculator is the maximum cleaning time reserved for each visit. The cleaner works through the recurring checklist and priorities within that time. A visit may finish earlier when the scheduled cleaning tasks are completed. Recurring packages are time-boxed services and do not provide unlimited cleaning time.
If the condition of the home requires substantially more work than routine maintenance, we may recommend an initial one-time cleaning or Deep Cleaning. Additional rooms, extra cleaning time, or work outside the recurring scope may also be arranged separately when available. Any additional work should be discussed before it is added.
Yes. If you need to move a scheduled visit, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. A new date and time will be arranged with you based on availability. The rescheduled visit remains part of your prepaid package.
No. You do not need to remain at home as long as safe and reliable access has been arranged in advance. Access can be provided through a key, lockbox, smart-lock code, concierge, or another agreed method. Please let us know about pets, alarms, sensitive surfaces, or access instructions before the visit.
We try to assign the same cleaner or team whenever scheduling allows because familiarity with the home can improve consistency between visits. However, the same cleaner cannot be guaranteed for every appointment due to availability, illness, vacation, or scheduling changes. Any replacement cleaner follows the confirmed booking details and recurring cleaning standards.
